I currently only deliver to the UK.

For orders placed via the web shop/facebook shop, your goods will be despatched within 48 hours of payment and I aim to have them with you within a week. Every single order is a priority but if you need something last minute please pop me a message and I will see what we can do, of course depending on the service provided by the postage carrier!


For deliveries I use Royal Mail 1st class service or Hermes Couriers.


Delivery charge for the U.K. is at a cost of just £2.99 per order so fill that basket.


Free local delivery or collection

If you live local to me (Little Weighton, East Yorkshire HU20 ) or visit any of the shows and fairs I attend and would like to collect in person then please select this option.


I can sometimes offer a free personal delivery service localy but this must be arranged in advance and is at my discretion, please contact me before ordering.


International deliveries

In special circumstances I can offer international delivery but only through prior arrangement so that I can give you a quote first. Please email me for more information.


Customs and import duties;

If you live outside of the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. I have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.



I want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

I will be happy to refund the full cost of the item which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase.

I am not able to refund any return postage charges.


Faulty Items

If an item is faulty please make sure you let me know about the fault so I can make sure other items are not affected. Return the item in the normal way for a full refund , I will refund return postage on a faulty item.


How to return something;

You can send your return parcel by post using the delivery note that came with your parcel, which has clear instructions of how to do this. You need to complete the delivery note with the details of the item/s you are returning and enclose the note with your returned parcel. It would really help me in developing my products if you could give a reason why they were not suitable. Always include a daytime telephone number and your email address in case I need to contact you about the return. If you no longer have your delivery note, please include a letter giving your name, address, email address and daytime telephone number plus a note of what you are returning and why.


Make sure your items are securely wrapped using the original packaging and send your return to the address given on the delivery note (Please email me if you no loger have this).


Once your parcel has been recieved you will recieve a confirmation email and your refund will be processed. It can take three to four days after I have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.


If, after posting your return, you have not received an email confirmation within 10 working days, please contact me.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and I strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as I am only responsible for your parcel once it has been received. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned and therefore it is your responibility to claim from the service provider.
